Honest, efficient and kind. To find a mechanic that embodies these qualities one block away is rare and I’ll definitely be returning. I went in for a standard NYS inspection and, thanks to the owner’s transparency, I’ll be back in the future for other projects/jobs. When my old Tacoma starting giving my a shifting issue, I was desperate to find a good shop. Best Auto is literally down the street from me. I thought my clutch went bad, so I was thinking it will be an over a thousand dollar repair, but Chris figured out the clutch was fine, but the master and space cylinder failed, came out to only )$500 repair. Anytime something goes wrong with Frankie, I just roll him down the street to Best Auto. They can diagnose things quickly and have always been right.
