The shop I was towed to, 54 West Auto, absolutely preys on AAA customers who think they are getting a deal. I was charged $230 per Goodyear tire, I have never in my life paid more than $140 per tire. The 10% discount offered was only on labor, so it did not save me any money and certainly resulted in me spending significantly more on this repair than I would have at a retail repair shop. Yesterday my battery in my car would not charge. Although I do have a state of the art battery charger. Nonetheless I called triple A they said it would be about an hour.
