I had a truly exceptional experience working with Peter Pena and Zeke Smith. From my initial iniquity about an incoming X5, to my trade in to the delivery process, everything was handled with a friendly professionalism. They were even able to do a push up my delivery from the planned Monday to the prior Saturday on short notice to accommodate me. Paperwork process was very quick and simple with no surprises, no pressure sales techniques. The car was beautifully prepped and I was walked through all of the initial setup and customization, getting me back on the road for my 60 mile drive home very quickly. I think there are 8 BMW dealers closer to me, but it’s well worth the trip to work with the team at BMW of Manhattan.
