BMW of Manhattan

Had a great experience with BMW Manhattan specially with the help of Kenny Garcia! Everything was managed very smoothly and I was kept on the loop with everything! My car was brought to me which made everything so much easier! Definitely happy that I chose BMW for my first new car! THANK YOU!

I had a truly exceptional experience working with Peter Pena and Zeke Smith. From my initial iniquity about an incoming X5, to my trade in to the delivery process, everything was handled with a friendly professionalism. They were even able to do a push up my delivery from the planned Monday to the prior Saturday on short notice to accommodate me. Paperwork process was very quick and simple with no surprises, no pressure sales techniques. The car was beautifully prepped and I was walked through all of the initial setup and customization, getting me back on the road for my 60 mile drive home very quickly.
