The worst parking I have ever used in my life. On March 11-2024, I and my family parked there and we paid $55 per one night then the day after when we were trying to pick up our car we got lost because the parking has two entrances and we didn't know , one at 88th street and 89th street, that's why we were late 5 minutes late and they charged us an extra day, $55 more for 5 minutes. We tried to explain the guy in charge but he laughed at us and said, you have to pay or you don't get your car, there were two more people but they didn't say anything, just this guy in charge. My wife tried to explain that one of my daughters was sick but this guy still laughing and screaming telling her that she needs to give more water to our daughter. My children were scared in front of this person. This person doesn't have any customer service skill and he is really rude, I would say that he can't work with customers. I hope the owner of the place takes action about this and I hope to receive any answer, in the meanwhile I recommend do not use this parking and in case this person followed the park rules then this place is terrible.

Zero stars if possible, I parked my car there and on the way to pick it up my passenger door handle was broken and the door was latched but not closed all the way and was stuck. When I confronted the attendant he denied it and accused me of lying and trying to swindle money out of him. When I asked for a claims form he refused to give me one and said I had to wait for his supervisor. His supervisor was extremely rude he began accusing me of lying yelling and he refused to check camera footage, he also threatened me that if I didn't leave He was going to tow away my car or charge me for parking I waited for over an hour and a half to file a claims form and only got accusations and insults unprofessional thuggish behavior.
