Horrible experience 2X .shame on me !!! car was scratched the first time and second time tail light was broken.. garage denied it happening both times . WiLL NEVER PARK THERE AGAIN !!!

Booked via spot hero, quoted a price for my Tesla. When i picked up, garage asked for a $15.00 to get my car back because they said it's an oversized car.. It will be my last time here .

This is a horrible place to park your car. We had monthly parking at the garage. Its supposed to open at 6 am. People get up at 5 am so that they can leave for work at 6 am. But very frequently the garage doesn't open till 7 am. People keep waiting outside for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the cold after leaving their homes. No explanation, no number to reach the manager. Then they have to pay hundreds of dollars for uber despite having a car. This is very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. Imagine suffering like that.

Affordable rates.i had booked it online so thankfully had the confirmation as the valet driver didn't give me a receipt or a ticket when I parked my car even when I asked for one and said just come 5 mins before your check out time. Then when I return three days later to pick it up there was another guy who asked for the ticket,I pointed at the driver who parked my car was sitting right there and said he didn't give me one. So the other guy rudely asks me what kind of car and what color and when did I park it etc. I give him all the details and he asks the driver to get the car, while he gets the car he says it'll be extra as I'm late,I said I'm ten minutes before my check out time, he says you are late according to the time on the ticket which had a time earlier than my check out which I would have known if the driver had given me a ticket in the first place. Feel scammed. Cheap but bad experience.

Asked how much parking would be for 1 hour and I was told - up to 2 hours would be $25 - which is bad enough. Came back after an hour to pick up my car and told actually $45!!!! Tried to argue and they said that is what the machine says - I can't do anything. Called the garage the next day to speak to customer service and they gave me a phony disconnected number. AVOID! Find another parking garage where they won't just rip you off!!!!
