This is a horrible place to park your car. We had monthly parking at the garage. Its supposed to open at 6 am. People get up at 5 am so that they can leave for work at 6 am. But very frequently the garage doesn't open till 7 am. People keep waiting outside for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the cold after leaving their homes. No explanation, no number to reach the manager. Affordable rates.i had booked it online so thankfully had the confirmation as the valet driver didn't give me a receipt or a ticket when I parked my car even when I asked for one and said just come 5 mins before your check out time. Asked how much parking would be for 1 hour and I was told - up to 2 hours would be $25 - which is bad enough. Came back after an hour to pick up my car and told actually $45!!!!
