Thank you! The parking service was great. The person in the front desk was very nice, friendly and kind. He patiently explained the process of how the parking worked, prices are fair for NYC.
Steele has amazing customer service! Something that we definitely need in NYC. He should get a raise. 10/10 experience. Thank you Edison Park Fast. God bless you #InJesusName
This is the best parking lot in New York City. I’m so taken care of and I feel that these guys are my family. Especially Steele! He’s the best!
Parking was a nightmare in the area and found you guys on Google maps. Super friendly and fast service! Gave us options to pay via cell or kiosk! Asked us to scan QRCode ahead of time so our vehicle was ready! Long day in the rain and parking was right downtown near everything!
Never seen parking like this before—pretty cool and easy to get into. Had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Steele, who was very helpful. Paying is easy, and the pricing is reasonable for New York.
