Took my 2011 Toyota Highlander here. Their customer service was great, took care of me as soon as I arrived. The work took longer than anticipated, but it was worth it. Price was reasonable for the work. Thank you once again Raybel for explaining the details of the service.

Devin also went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that my vehicle was returned in top condition. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made a big difference. The entire service team was courteous, organized, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. From check-in to pick-up, the experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. The service experience for my Rav4 at this location has been positive, with the front desk staff consistently providing excellent service. Vehicle turnaround times have also been reasonable. The mechanics demonstrate a high level of diligence in their work. However, the parts department has presented challenges. On multiple occasions, I sought assistance in locating factory alloy rims for my vehicle, and was incorrectly informed that they were unavailable. Furthermore, a promised callback was not received. While the service department appears to be operating effectively, my interactions with the parts department were not satisfactory.

Jonathan F. and the team here at Fordham Toyota made my first service experience seamless. Their wait Times were accurate, inspections detailed and accurate. I will definitely be back here for my next service! Thank you all!
