The service experience for my Rav4 at this location has been positive, with the front desk staff consistently providing excellent service. Vehicle turnaround times have also been reasonable. The mechanics demonstrate a high level of diligence in their work. However, the parts department has presented challenges. On multiple occasions, I sought assistance in locating factory alloy rims for my vehicle, and was incorrectly informed that they were unavailable. Furthermore, a promised callback was not received. While the service department appears to be operating effectively, my interactions with the parts department were not satisfactory.

Jonathan F. and the team here at Fordham Toyota made my first service experience seamless. Their wait Times were accurate, inspections detailed and accurate. I will definitely be back here for my next service! Thank you all!
