A great example of a person not to do business with. First, he is not in the shop for the appointment he committed to. When reached on the phone, he said he overslept. Then, he said he'll be there in 20 minutes. After an additional hour, I left. Subsequently, he called and asked "did you leave"? I told him what I thought about his unprofessional behavior. He tried to justify it by saying he had to warm up his car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I think there is no reason to support a business where the owner thinks he can treat people like garbage. I can only imagine the excuses he has when he is actually given work. Please, find a shop that knows and treats others with respect.
