I have been looking for a reliable BMW place since I moved back to NYC. I went to a dealership once, and the cost was much higher than that of MA. So, I decided to switch to this place and check out their service this year. It turned out to be a great experience. They are efficient and professional, and all come with a reasonable cost. They turned my worn-out X3 into a brand-new car! I’ll come back here for my routine BMW maintenance in NYC.

I randomly googled this place, not knowing what to expect. I have been discouraged in the past with many business in my neighborhood, but today was a pleasant experience with Teddy and the team. I brought my 2006 550i for a steering pressure hose and engine mount replacement and got an exceptional service done. It was my first time doing business with them and I can truthfully say that I am satisfied with their dealer-like service and their price is quite reasonable compared to the dealer. They also did an overall check and found other repairs that needed to be done - got them done also. My vehicle now drives like new. I highly recommend their services. Check them out!!!
