While parking the car guy who was in charge didnt answer our questions properly. Later we planned to extend the parking, at that time in-charge person was very humble and patiently answered all our queries. Explained clearly what charge they will do and why. Car and things are safe. Paid 70$ for 12hrs. Very professional and Good management. Very close to ferry for Statue of Liberty.

Reserved my parking a few days before our trip through SpotHero. QR worked, car was fine, staff was helpful. No complaints. I will use them again if I need to park on that side of town.

I've been parking in Manhattan for the past 10 years, and I have NEVER had a worse experience. Parking attendant was rude abrasive and completely harassed me. I had reserved the two-hour parking in advance through Best Parking app. I have been using this app for the past year with absolutely no issue. Attendant told me that my reservation was not working and I would have to pay in cash. I called Best Parking to make sure there was absolutely nothing wrong with my reservation. I explained to the attendant that I would be happy to pay by credit card, and I would need a receipt of the transaction to get a refund for my payment through the app. He told me that I could only pay in cash or he would not return my car. He also told me his machine was not working properly, however I had seen him provide a receipt to the man who had just picked up his car a few minutes beforehand. Parking attendant refused to give me his name or a phone number for management to handle the situation. He forcefully thrust the keys and credit card at me, and made me get the car myself from the parking garage. I took a picture of him for reference. I felt extremely shaken up by the situation, and hope that no other woman (or man) gets scammed by this guy. I have contacted MPG Parking as well to report the incident.

Robbed my wife of $45. We had a reservation made through ParkWhiz. Attendant held-up his hand as we drove-in, asking whether we have a reservation. We politely responded that we did, and showed him our QR code. He insisted that he has no record of a reservation from us, and that it'll be $45 for parking. We said we had already paid for our parking. He insisted otherwise. Upon checking-out our vehicle two hours later, he wouldn't accept credit card as form of payment, insisting both his credit card and machine are broken. Demanded we pay cash. Do yourselves a favor, stay away from places like this. We're filing a complaint with the city today.
