DO NOT PARK HERE. the staff are the rudest most audacious and unpleasant people I have ever encountered ever. Mean and nasty from start to finish. Do not give a penny to this shitty overpriced embarrassment of a business

While parking the car guy who was in charge didnt answer our questions properly. Later we planned to extend the parking, at that time in-charge person was very humble and patiently answered all our queries. Explained clearly what charge they will do and why. Car and things are safe. Paid 70$ for 12hrs. Very professional and Good management. Very close to ferry for Statue of Liberty.

Reserved my parking a few days before our trip through SpotHero. QR worked, car was fine, staff was helpful. No complaints. I will use them again if I need to park on that side of town.
