This company was easy to schedule a service appointment with. Gil was prompt, friendly and reliable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and supplied the solution. I definitely recommend 365 Kool!

Had a central A/C condenser (outside compressor) suddenly stop working on. Friday night. After trying a few local places for Saturday service, I called the manufacturer Trane where I was automatically connected to a nearby authorized dealer the company 365 Kool was professional, nice and quick on the phone and got someone there in just an hour or two, exactly as promised. A very nice and experienced tech, Gil, was also very low-key and professional. Quickly diagnosed issue, discussed options for an older unit, and repaired the issue. He also suggested to check both units I had for freon, again discussing pricing first and recharged the system. There was never any pressure for the work, fully transparent in pricing (and most of the materials are the cost), and no weekend “surcharge.” Discussed replacing units but thought repairs would do okay for 2-4 years. I am extremely happy with the entire experience and will use them again for any and all HVAC needs, especially replacing these 15+ year units in a couple of years.
