National Facilities Direct

This is a difficult company to work for as a contractor. Eddie was friendly, but the check in/out and approval process is very informal. Eddie prefers to text directly, and as a company they seem disorganized, never really emailed us an updated work order once the work was approved, and they were late paying us. We had the pleasure of working with Philip, who reached out to us for a mirror repair at a Planet Fitness location. From the start, his communication was outstanding—clear, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. The job was completed smoothly, and we’re very pleased with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Philip and would be happy to work with him again!

My husband sent in receipts and their consultant refused to pay. He cut ties with the company, left a review warning people that they had the potential to scam others out of their money too. This review must have been a thorn in NFT's side because a year later they called, claiming they wanted to make it right. They asked us for texts, photos, receipts, all communications that the job was completed, agreed to and we were owed. They implied that they would be paying, so we took the good leap fai…
