🔧 NYC Parking 165 E 77 St. Garage Corp.

Refused to honor hospital validation, even though I confirmed before dropping the car off. Car reaked like cigarettes, ashes all over my car (mostly outside, some on the inside). They refused to charge my Tesla, even though there were no other electric vehicles using the charger. Blamed me for not inquiring up front (I did). Edit to add: We noticed a fly buzzing around the windshield when we picked up the car. I drove (in the cold) with windows open to get rid of it. Thought all was good, until the morning when I got into the car and there were three more giant flies on my dashboard, and one dead one on the passenger seat. I would take my chances parking in front of a fire hydrant before I'd ever bring my car back to this scummy and dirty parking garage.

Horrible horrible service and attitude by attendant. I had a prepaid reservation and arrived on time. Their lot was full and they directed me to across the street and said that is empty and is the same company. I went in and told them I have prepaid reservation and they would not honor it and was told to sort it out across the street. I drove back out and show the attendant my reservation and was told they are full. I tried to explain to them that I have a prepaid reservation and they said its not my problem and you deal with it and left. I understand the person is busy but is this really how you treat paying customers?

Parked the car to go to hospital to pick up our new born , came back a few hrs later to get my car seat for the baby , guy was sent to grab it from the car and brought it back dirty, brand new $500 car seat dirty because he rubbed it on a tire or something , pointed out that the cushion is dirty , they just looked at it and walked away. I advised the person at the counter we will be back in about an HR so that they can possibly get the car to a closer spot . Waited 30 minutes to retrieve the car with a 3 day old baby on a rainy cold day.

SLEAZY CROOK. I parked here with a TV production that had Free Parking waivers, the guy agreed and took my car in after I told him about it, and then when I came to pick up my car 6 hours later they rang me up for $55. After I reminded them of the Free Parking waiver, the guy who originally took in my car said he never agreed to that and then proceeded to try to stop the kid ringing me up. Why? Because he told the kid to charge me $100 because I work for the TV show. Maybe don't talk trash in Spanish in front of someone who understands the language. And then followed up his banter with one of his buddies about "mujeres sin ropas." Yeah, I know what that means, too. Real class act. There are other better parking options for Lenox Hill hospital and the surrounding area...don't choose this one.

Can't trust IPARK i called this garage to get confirm their rate for 6/11/16(SAT) Asked the attendant 'do i need a printed coupon for Saturday weekend ? because your posted rate and coupon rate are same.' He said "no you don't need coupon" then I asked 'most garage charge $15.00 for mini van extra, Are you gonna charge it ?' He said with fast triple "no,no,no" I said 'Thanks' and hung up the phone. It was 7:00PM 6/10/16. But I found their rule 'Enter 6am-10am out by 7pm' I called back and asked 'you have a condition 'enter 6am to 10am' But i can't be there that time. I'll be there around 2:30PM, how's my rate then ? He said "TEWNTY" It was 7:13PM 6/10/16. Then Next day I arrived there a couple minute passed 2PM. but the attendant said my rate is $47.00 ** I move my car to Icon parking I paid $22.00 for 3hrs then moved again to street side public parking( no fee after 7PM weekend) - a bellman of a hotel told me how to use street side parking. ** I enjoyed street side parking 6/12/16 also.
