Let me tell you, 15/10. The lady who did my massage was polite, eloquent and communicative the entire time. I’ve had several car accidents in my time and she made sure to constantly check in with me and ensure that she had my consent to maneuver me how she needed to. She’s also surprisingly strong. I left there 20lbs lighter and 20x happier. I cannot wait to go back.

This is my first deep tissue experience. I have planter fasciitis in both feet and I go to Physical Therapy. I was at a snails pace before PT and have been going for a month (3 times a week) and can now walk semi normal. At a certain point PT just wasn't working as well and I needed something more intensive. That's where I discovered J&H! The message therapist put me through so much pain (in a good way...its deep tissue) and concentrated a lot of attention on the key muscles that I told her about (legs and feet). They were very tight and made other parts of my legs and feet sore. I will come back and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Massage is truly a service where you pay what you get. The Masseuse worked hard for an entire hour and my rating is not a reflection of her time but rather my experience of being upsell in the middle of my massage. For the price, her deep tissue massage is very good when it was done on the muscle. However, the masseuse does not really understand the customer’s body needs. I had asked her to stop putting pressure on my spine and pelvic bones but damage was already done. My lower back still hurts after 6 days. I would recommend you pay a little more for a more experienced masseuse if your body required a more experienced hand. I will not be returning.

Best massage in NYC by Sally. I always use Sally. Very strong and I always have improved mobility after each massage. It is truly healing and I don't know where I would be without her!!

I recently visited J&H body spa and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. The massage itself was absolutely fantastic. I opted for the traditional massage. The therapist was skilled and attentive, tailoring the pressure to my comfort level while targeting all the areas where I had tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed! The cleanliness of the facility also stood out to me, as everything was well-maintained and organized. I appreciated the attention to detail in both the ambiance and the service. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
