I paid for services I did not receive. They told me to come in and they will fix the issue. Another person at their shop looked at the car and stated the part we paid for was never changed. They also refused to fix the car further. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are highly unprofessional. They will find a way to scam you!

overpriced prices, he is charging above the real price, he is a scammer, a DMV Inspection costs 37 to 40 dollars and this gentleman is counting the $37 plus an extra $30 if you pass the Inspection by the stamp, when that stamp is supposed to be included in the real price, which is $37 to $40 dollars, be very careful🤬🤬

This place is all about the money. The owner shoes me on his computer program why he has to charge me over $200 to get into my headlight to replace a bulb. The job that was listed as 2 plus hours only took 25 minutes but they still charged me as though it was 2 hours. I could have went to the dealership for that treatment. My regular mechanic was on vacation needless to say I will never go to this place again. If you have to step foot into this place please hold onto your wallet!

I had called to find out pricing for oil transmission change and, I did not understand what the gentleman had said and I politely said I am sorry so that he can repeat himself... the guy hung up the call. I called back and no answer he allowed it to ring until it went to voice-mail. If this is how they answer calls.. imagine their work...

Unreliable Auto Repair Shop. Took 5 days to repair my transmission. Paid by check on 4/20/2021 . A guy name Miguel said yesterday that the car is ready but waiting for money from the check I have given . This morning he called a guy called Pedro who he said is his senior manager and talked about the check . Miguel later told me that Pedro has not received the money and told me bring cash or wait 7 days to get the car back. When I went to my bank which is Citi Bank , the bank teller gave me transaction receipt of the check I have given to Miguel . They have already withdrawn money from the check . I went back Mariala BC and showed Miguel the transaction receipt . Miguel called Pedro again and then he switched phone in speaker mode . I told Pedro that the money is already taken from my bank. Pedro now told me that it is not about money . He told me that they are waiting for some parts of the transmission. My car was parked outside when I arrived there in the morning. I told them that I need to take my car today . They refused to give back the car . I dialed 911 and reported the problem. Miguel directed his mechanic staffs to put my car back in shop . They lifted my car & started to disassemble. I called police 3 times & waited until 4 pm . Police did not come & I left home without my car. I am planning to go there to get my car tomorrow.
