I booked online to have my washer/dryer and dishwasher serviced the following day. Someone called me a few hours later with more info and confirmation of the times and said I’d receive an email shortly with a link to pay the $99 upfront service fee. I never received it & when I emailed back asking if I could pay cash when they arrived. They never responded to this email and they never contacted me or showed up. Not sure where all of these positive reviews are coming from & I'm glad I didn’t pay $99 for someone not to show up!
