CoolAir and Raj was an amazing, knowledgeable and professional a/c repairman. My top window a/c was leaking INSIDE my apartment so it was a complicated job since the person who originally installed it had not properly put it in the window and was tilted to the inside instead of properly tilting it toward the outside. He removed and cleaned the unit, returned the next day and installed it correctly! It is now perfect, secure and even quieter than it was before!!! Thank you Raj

Highly recommend. I called at 4 pm on a Friday in July, got an appointment for next day Saturday at 4 pm, technician came early, assessed what needed to be done, took AC same day, had my working AC back within 24 hours on Sunday. Fast, reliable, friendly, easily 5 stars.

Very reliable. Put in new braces to hold my air conditioners—the ones installed by my local guy were not strong enough. I checked this with the Super of my building and he agreed. Careful workers—they protect my floors & walls—no dirt, no scratches, no dents. Have recommended them to my neighbors.

Rajesh at Cool Air Inc Manhattan has been handling servicing and winter storage for our AC units for 3 seasons now (as long as we've lived in our current home) and he is skilled, professional, and responsive. He's also extremely careful and takes the time to document location of each unit, any issues, and recommended services/repairs, and he is so detail-oriented in his work and clean-up following fall removal and spring installation. He's the go-to expert for many of our neighbors (we initially connected through a referral who raved about his services) and we now refer anyone who needs reliable, fair, and timely AC support his way. He'll not only get the job done well but it's a pleasure working with him. Highly recommend!

This is a SCAM! I only called them because they answer the phone on the weekends, and that's how they get you. Rajesh, the person running the operation, will come to your home and tell you that the unit either needs power washing/ or that it is leaking in the internal piping. He will then take the AC to his "shop" and tell you that you need a new AC and charge you an exorbitant price for it. At that point, you are committed, and if you accept, he will install the new unit and install it improperly. The new unit we got from them broke after just a week of operation (the AC must have been defective). I got an honest company to come and look, and they said that the AC was not installed properly and that likely had caused it damage (also a few cables were left "intentionally" inside the unit). Please, stay away from it!
